Throughout my career in management and HR support, I have worked hands-on with a wide range of workplace policies and procedures, from the ground up.

One of my proudest achievements was creating an employee handbook from scratch, tailored to reflect both company values and current UK employment law. This involved translating complex legal frameworks into clear, accessible language for staff at all levels.

I have also:

✨Designed and implemented disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness, clarity, and documentation

✨Created visual process diagrams, which you can see attached and maybe get inspired.

Working with policies isn’t just about documentation, but it is about building trust, consistency, and accountability.

My goal has always been to create procedures that are both legally sound and people-friendly, ensuring they support the culture as much as they protect the business.
