I am a HR professional with a strong foundation built through hands-on experience. I started my career in the hospitality industry, working in front of house roles, and worked my way up to become an HR Manager for a busy, multi site bar and restaurant group. During that time, I also put myself through the full CIPD Level 5 qualification, balancing work and study to grow my career.
More recently, I took on a new challenge as an HR Advisor at a SEND college for young people with special educational needs. In this role, I support around 500 employees across a wide range of HR matters. This has given me valuable experience in the education sector and helped me develop further in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, and organisational development.
